horrible customer service

The service I recieved at Nedbank Kanyamazane branch is definitely not worth the monthly fee I pay. The lady that supposedly helped me was rude and ***********. I tried online assistance and I was referd to the very same branch that had no clue what an online banking profile number is. Meanwhile I have to pay R127 every month for such incompetence. I asked the lady to assist me with reseting my AMEX card pin after it was restricted (E62) and she told me that I need to apply for a new card, and pay R166. while my card was not lost or damaged. I'm definitely leaving this bank.
