Horrible customer service

The Nedbank by Game in thohoyandou is not assisting people, these lines where people have to wait for more than 3 hours, I went for card collection 16/04/2024 had to wait more than 2 hours with no direction and no assistance, had to leave after 2 hours without any help, just to go back 17/04/2024 and the same thing happened, when we asked for a branch manager, we where told these no manager just a team leader who said there should be people/ staff assisting and there was just 1 person, how does bank card collection take more than 6 hours over 2 days ? I had to leave and go to a different branch because the line never moves and these no one assisting all the people waiting in line , that Nedbank branch has zero customers service.even the team leader cannot track her staff
