Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service from Nedbank. Even communicating via the app does not help. Their consultants are either rude or they don't reply. Yesterday I had a rude consultant on the app (Sbongumusa). This morning I had a consultant who just stopped replying (Thabiso). Please work on hiring better equipped consultants. Highly considering changing banks. I am appalled by this service.
