Horrible Customer Care on Home Loan Application

I received a horrible service when I was applying for a homeloan from Nedbank. After banking with them for more thank 6 years I thought I would get the best service as their client. The consultant would not even care to listen to what i was telling him so that he can do the correct things. Thanks to Standard Bank who took time to look into my issue and everything went well. Unfortunatley Nedbank its bye bye your service moved me to Standard Bank.
