Horrible communication with account holder of their own accounts

Good day

As my last email has stated that I have called, emailed from the 25th of June 2016.
There was a debit order that was returned by MFC, after it being deducted on the 20th of June.
I emailed immediately to get this matter sorted out.

You have called me, and I have prompted returned this call holding on for a consultant that is on my case by the name of Rachel. To this day, I havent spoken to anyone from MFC to get a reason why this payment for June was returned? And how I ensure that this doesnt happen again.

On the 20th of July, the July payment went off fine, as i have indicated in my previous email.

On the 4th of August, money comes into my account and swiftly a amount of R2200 was deducted. Without consent or any arrangement made with me the account holder?

Is this how Nedbank and MFC operates?
I have been a client of Nedbank for over 4 years, as well as purchase my 2nd vehicle through MFC in the last 5 years. When I have had a problem I have promptly made contact with the call centre for MFC myself to ensure that all payments was up to date. Even to the point that I was unemployed for sometime in 2014, best you know I paid my car installments upfront to ensure that there was nothing outstanding from me.

I want this money transferred back to my account ASAP, and with at least a verbal agreement telephonically will we arrange payment terms to correct your initial error!

Please do a check my client history with my correspondence to your organisation, before you contact me. Cause the same amount of patience that you afforded me, I have given you too!

Good day

So my query is more than a week old now, to date I have only received an email confirming that my complaint has been received.

There isn't been any further investigation, progress nothing thus far... clearly I am can't be client because according to my understanding, you would at least pay me the courtsey of getting this matter sorted out by now.

I would like to cancel my Cheque account with Nedbank itself. Please advise process for this.
