Horrible banking experience

Worst service I've ever gotten with them. 1. When I got my homeloan with them, I was told if I switch to them I'll get additional rate discount, I didn't get it and I got the run around. 2. I was approved for an overdraft, I got the run around when it came time to release the funds. 3. I've been waiting for my credit card for a month now. 4. I was on the phone for over an hour just to change debit order details for my homeloan. Worst banking experience ever, I look forward to not doing business with Nedbank.
