Horrible bank NEDBANK

I am so disgusted with this bank its just not funny, I hope everybody sees this and cancels their insurance with this pathetic excuse of a bank.. I have been asking the whole week for my refund to be paid to my PERSONAL BANK ACCOUNT but no what does Nedbank do, ignore me, what customer service . i hate this bank i will not pay any of my accounts with u until you sort this out!!!
