Horrible Bank, inconvenience at it's best!!

Such an inconvenience!!! I Sent someone money using the cellphone option and they cannot withdraw the funds, called customer service four times or more and I still could not be assisted. This is really disappointing and what is the use of using the service if we cannot withdraw the funds at the ATM or the merchant stores? I'm really out of patience and this is the point when switching banks seems like the only option I have.
