Horrible Avo Africa Store service

Your Avo Africa Store!! What a horrible store with poor customer service. The only way to reach them is through the AI chats which are too slow for a robot assistant. I have been waiting for my order for a good 11 days and i cant reach anybody. There is no line for customer services except the slow AI system. To top it, I received a call and they are lying to me. I will go a different route to get my money back! I will go as far as the ombudsman.
