Horrible and disgusting service

I have been struggling with a settlement figure for my vehicle because they gave me incorrect figures, and refused to take ownership that they made a mistake. Got fed-up and decided to settle the remaining balance, so I made a mistake of making two payments instead of one amount that was due, have been struggling to get my refund till today and I need that money.

Have tried to contact this Thembi Thamane lady who is and had always been useless (still wondering what mfc saw in her cos she really doesn't want this job). She never responds to any of my emails nor bother to answer her calls. I have also tried to call the complains department and spoke to this lady that promised to get it sorted till today. I wish people can stop using mfc for finance cos thier service is very disgusting.
