Horrible after sales and follow up service

So my wife had a account oppended in Feb but needed the account for her benefits from labour dep to pay to pay into and obviously with all the up and down she never fetched her card untill the documents was finalised later in August When we got to the banknthey told her that that the account had gone idel as she never paid money into it nor collected her card but that we ar still able to use the account and that they can reopen the account which we agreed on the account was open for a day and went closed the next day money we put in was gone I than tried again to put money in and it didn't want to go through so my wife went in they called me and said try again we put money in it went in a day later the account closed money untraceable eventually she had to have her benefits paid out it was paid unfortunately it bounced back cos again the account was closed so even though we have put over 200 rand in it for it to remain open it closed spoke to the branch manageress very irritated and explained our situation she wasn't according to her aware of this issue

Now my wife has to start her benefits process from over cos a bank who claims they are the best turned out to be the worst and to top it up they being the consultants and frondesk manager was sappose to contact her daily to keep her updated on whether funds was paid in was never done my wife retuned on Tuesday to dep labour and they said money was paid and bounced back you now need to re apply Mrs Lesar for your benefits and it's going to take a estimated time of 4 to 6 weeks

Nedbank messed up with a messed up bank account that kept on closing and we end up struggling to get our money from another source codbofbthere mess ups till today nobody called to explain why it happend but was this a different person if you know what I mean the chanells would have been followed but we the working class of this country get treated like trash
