Hopeless online experience

The New online banking app is completely horrible in comparison to the Old app It isn't user friendly It isn't simple It isn't intuitive The screens are hard to read and information or the section you need are difficult to find Printing multiple payments is cumbersome Screen designers have no concept o complimentary colours The screens are too big to fit on one page

Generally not a very well thought out or tried package

Whoever designed it has no concept of how people like to do their online banking particularly if you are a business with multiple accountss
