Honouring fees charged

On Saturday I went shopping. I checked that there was enough money reflected in the account, and shopped at Cotton On and Woolworths. When I chekced my account this week, I noticed that it was overdrawn and I had been charged two lots of R90 Hon fees. According to the telephonic consultant I chatted to, certain other transactions had not reflected and therefore I had spent money that was not in the account. But the internet banking indicated that there was enough money in the account at the time, as did the sms notifications I received. Not to mention that the card swiped, accepted my pin and authorised the transactions.

I have looked over my account, and seen that I have been charged countless times over the years for this, and yet it is not something I could have prevented - how am I to know that the number reflected on my account balance excludes certain transactions? I am fuming about this, it is disgraceful. Speaking to the nedbank telephonic consultant, she referred to the sms notification agreement I had signed, indicating that it was not always accurate - this is a cop out and is ****** unacceptable. All I am hearing from Nedbank right now is - f you and we dont care..
