HONFEES

So Nedbank has this HonFees of R90..which they just deduct from your account..i made 13 transactions for which i paid..was deducted from my account which had availible monies in.only to discover a couple of days later those same payment made..was added -R90 fees on them..13xR90 alot of money..all i wanted was an good explaination..yet no one could give me any..or any detail that made sense..i have send emails spoke over the phone even went in to branch..still no right right answer or explanation.im done going about this bussiness..as it stand no one at nedbank cares about my concern..yet to date no one phoned or even rep**** on any of my emails..how to go about closing my account..and also im still jn errears on my balance due to this x13 Honfees..do i first have to settle this before closing..as i still dont know for what they charge me this..cause those payments were made and deducted when i had availble cash in my account..hope some one here can give me some answers..thanks in advance
