HonFee ****************

I did grocery at shoprite on the 28 September and got the sms for the transaction on the same day and fast forward on the 10th of October when I check on my Nedback I see the very same transaction which I did on the 28 September which put my account to a negative balance. When I call them they told me that it sometimes happened. Ok I accepted the apology because I have been with Nedbank for a long time and never had bad experience with them.

So I transfered the money the money from my savings to avoid arrears. On the 12th when I check on my App I am on negative balance again. Some HonFee 10/10 transaction of 90 bucks took place. I am so much dissapointed .. this is ****************. I want my money back or else I am pulling back. And one loss of a customer is bad reputation to you name.

I was charged 3x hon fee when I queried it via the call centre a lady informed me there was not enough money in my account. After I made the purchases I received an sms to say the money was deducted why is the money not being deducted immediately and now I am charged round about R500. If I receive an sms that says the money has gone off my account I do not understand why I should be held liable for this. My account is now in a negative balance I have decided that I will rather pay it off because this only seems to happen with nedbank clients and I can not afford this
