Honfee

I can't understand why they charging me this honfee when money was deposited before the debit orders go through. This is ridiculous. I want my money refunded ASAP. The debit orders went on the 1st of Feb and when I checked my account balance on the 5th honfee on two debit order transactions was taken from me. This is nonsense.
