Honfee 4 times

I just checked my bank acc and I was deducted for this 'honfee' which is R90 a transaction 4 times which is R360 out of my account, this is insane. Its not the first time that this has happened to me, I transferred money from another Nedbank account into the one in question on the first so I don't understand why my debit orders are failing 3 days later. There has to be another way to resolve this and I expect my money to be refunded. Thank you
