Honfee

What the flip is this honfee nonsense, I swi0e my card the amount immediatley subtracts from my available balance, then big surprise, check my statement and my NON overdraf acc is in the minus because the same transactions that immediatley subtracts from my avail bal has only been taken by the company days later and im paying honfees on them, why not decline the damn card when the money is up? Why must I as a client wait 25hrs to do another transaction because of stupid nedbank, I have NEVER had to watch my acc, now what I must carry a calculator and make sure I calculate each transaction so that I dont pay honfees on **** that went through and on money that wasnt avail in my acc but nedbank let it go through, I do not have a damn overdraft acc so I want all those fees and transaction back in my acc that u as an incompetant bank allowed through after my funds were finished yet my acc stated I had an avail bal in my acc... a positive bal not a negative!!! I want it fixed, I have had non stop with this damn bank since day 1 of opening it, a bunch of lazy people that dont do anything right.... ill close this damn acc and move to a bank who doesnt hide anything!!!!
