I am seeking clarification regarding a significant increase of approximately R600 in my monthly installment, despite a decrease in the interest rate.

I have experienced multiple transfers, hindering my ability to obtain a clear explanation.

Although I eventually reached an agent who could assist, the account verification process via a mobile link has been unsuccessful.

I would appreciate a prompt explanation for this discrepancy and would like to reiterate that I am not interested in opening a new account.
