Homeowner insurance from Nedbank

I received an email from homeowner insurance they needed my home insurance. I sent the lady called Mogale Mabitsela confirmation of cover.She rep**** said l should sent full schedule, and my king Price app was not working.I struggled with it and on 31 /12/ 2024 l received sms for policy l didn't join.On 1 January 2025 l received confirmation of change of my home loan installment. I believe that is an arrogance to go that level.
