Homeowner Insurance

home insured with Nedbank insurance for 20years. Not once did a representative call at my home to inspect if it is maintained. How is a decision taken for rejecting a claim due to poor maintenance ? my account is debited every month with a question. what am i paying FOR..Trying to contact Nedbank Insurance is a nightmare as we receive no feedback from them
