Homeloans messed up fix it!

My house had burned on the 20th July 2019 my husband died on the 14th September 2019 Nedbank refuse to pay out the burning of the house or the life insurance policy. My husband had almost passed away a year and still Nedbank Homeloans department send Homeloans statements to his mail and never frozen the Homeloans account just keeps adding money on the Homeloan. I had done 2 written complaints with the bank about the burning of the house and about money that went missing on the Homeloan I even went to the ombusaman and still nothing had come of this. I have being staying in the outside building at the burnt house for a year and all my human rights had being voilated and my children still in school were also mentally impacted and I couldn't stay there any more. The excuses the bank have is that the Homeloan department had cancelled the Home Owners insurance on the 8th of October 2018 and the other excuse were they had cancelled it on the 2nd of September 2018 because we didn't pay the house that Augustus 2018 and September 2018 so how can a building insurance be cancelled on the 2nd of September 2018? It is against the Constitutinal law? I have moved off the property couldn't look at the burnt house one more day. I have gotten a from doing late estate and the attorney there told me the bank sayed the estate is insolvent but no one from Nedbank ever contacted me and I have never received a letter from the court stating the late estate is insolvent I did how ever received a phone call from a attorney's firm claiming that the bank ad hand over the burnt house to them to be sold? Property that is in a late estate and I haven't even signed off the house can't be sold that is *****. The naughbours is also phoning me telling me there is people in and out of the property and that were even people walking around in the yard with guns telling them the property were sold to them, Nedbank clean up your mess the naughbours is scared and their human rights is also being voilated now. Don't phone me before Nedbank hadn't sorted out our mess and if this is not sorted out I am going public.
