Called this institution just to get an email address for a lump sum payment on a bond (NOT REQUESTING ANY INFORMATION ON THE BOND OR CLIENT WHICH IS MY MOM) and this incredibly rude employee with the name Zolani Toyana sitting in Sandton Head Office told me that he can provide me with The Nedbank Home Loans email address. First time in my life i hear an institution can not provide their own email addresses to a non member.
