Homeloans dept giving clients wrong info!!!

Good day , I called the homeloans c/c and spoke to Smangele, call reference ***6. She was so unprofessional and didnt have a clue about what i was talking about on my homeloans statement and confirming the incorrect amounts with me. I have a homeloan and included in my installment is my loan protection installment. i have noticed on the statementt that there is an additional intrest amount R6879.03, over an above the homeloan instrest of R6994.76 per month. Smangele didnt have a clue about what i was talking about yet she had my entire profile on here system. She told me that the R6879.03 is my monthly installment for the homeloan protection installment. I told her that this is not correct as nobody in their right mind will pay so much per month for protection monthly and my installment for the protction is +-R602.79. She was adamant that she is giving me the right info when i asked her if she is sure and she said yes she is correct.She then couldnt give me an explantion for this huge amount and wanted to transfer me to the Insurance department, she was so incompenet and transferred me to the switchboard instead and a few mins later my call was cut!!!!!! My question no answer
