I personally think even getting hold of a president is easier than trying to get hold of a Home Loan Specialist of Nedbank. You get hold of these individuals whom when you ask to be transferred to a homeloan specialist they tell you no i can assist you then when you tell them what's your enquiry then they can't answer and say they'll transfer you but the call cuts everytime when been transferred and it's soooo frustrating as they don't even give you a direct line...
