Homeloan Notice not Placed

I called in early in october to place a notice to sell my property. when i called in last week friday (8/11)to request an amount for penalty that was due by me in the event i sell the property within the 90days. to my surprise this notice was not placed. I was promised by the agent that they will investigate as there was a call i made on 16/10 regarding notice. up until now, i have not received the call and this non-action on their side is going to adversely affect me. I need this fixed.
