Homeloan Declined on sufficient documentation on affordability

For nearly two weeks now me and my wife have spent hours trying to getting all the documentation ready required by Nedbank South Africa, I spent countless hours with my book keeper and auditor to compile all the financials required, we have literally a file full of paperwork. we have done numerous evaluations to check for affordability, and we can afford the new homeloan, it will be for a house with more or less the same monthly installment as to the house we have been renting for the past two years, we even transfered a 10% deposit so long to the attorneys, to reserve our spot, I am very fortunate in the sense that most of my personal expenses are paid by my company, and I earn a gross salary of 30K and my wife 18K, after all this hence and forth, Nedbank decided today to still decline our loan due to what they call not enough evidence on affordability, now we all know this is indeed not the case, I have been paying rent for 2 years at R13500.00 a month and now they cant approve a Loan of 1.323 Million Rand house, come on be realistic. See I think the big problem is the fact that I am a White Male and my wife is a White female, and they don't really look further than race in South Africa, BEE and other Black forced governmental regimes force all the white people into a slump, because our Government firmly believes in reversed apartheid. Nedbank doesnt care if my business acount with them has been running sin 2010, they dont care about my documents, they don't care about my perfect ITC score of 962 out of a possible 999, they don't care that I physically run my funds and the funds of my business through their system everyday, because I am white and a male I get a one page letter from them stating they declined our application due to affordability. But they don't have the decency to really look at the deal for what is is, they requested more info, and while we were busy preparing it, Nedbank decided to continue with a basic decline process.

Nedbank's slogan should be Do Not Make Things Happen
