Homeloan approved, then bond cancelled 2 weeks later

Yeesh. What a month!!! We stared house hunting for our dream house. I was pre approved for a homeloan through Nedbank, when I stared looking for houses. We found our dream house, then I app**** for a bond through Nedbank. Nedbank approved me for a 80% bond as I do have a 20% deposit.

Suddenly 2 weeks later, It was in the transfer period already, then Nedbank cancelled the bond, no reason was given to me as yet. NO ONE FROM NEDBANK HAS EVEN PHONED ME YET!!!!! Flippen terrible service

But when we got the bond Nedbank could not stop phoning me to open account with them , I only did so as it would be easier for the bond to go off from this account each month. I will be closing the account!!
