Homeloan application processed with incorrect income

I have been applying for a Homeloan for the past 2 months, and I have sent all required information. today I received a decline letter that was done with incorrect income which then shows lack of affordability. I am not sure why but I am frustrated because I cannot speak to credit directly. I am at the mercy of the MO. I have sent proof of income and IT34 and still my application gets declined. Can I please get someone who can assist me? Application ref number: ********** 0~5
