Homeloan application issues

<p>I have been banking with Nedbank since I moved to South Africa in 2004.I bought 2 properties and several cars since then and Nedbank has never given me any loans at all. I'm in the process of applying for another home loan through a home loan originator (Ooba) as I won't even bother to go to Nedbank to ask for it, but they do, so I hear from them that Nedbank requests an EXCON letter from the other banks me and my wife bank with. So I thought, let's give Nedbank a chance maybe this time they will give me the home loan. So I request the EXCON letter from the other banks we bank with and no one knows what an EXCON letter is. The funny part is that not even my Nedbank branch (Brooklyn, Pretoria) knows what they are asking me for. </p> <p>I think it is time for a change</p>
