Homeloan Application Declined
I'm main-banked with Nedbank my salary paid to them and all my debit orders ran there as part of my homeloan deal at the time, also with 2 homeloans currently with them furthermore I'm property investor all my rental payments are paid to the savings account I opened with them and all other banks I have 1 homeloans to each.
Disappointed right now I've registered a business now to purchase properties in its name and trust. April got a homeloan with other bank and Nedbank declined and some other banks no problem. The reason was rentals were paid in various accounts so I put all together to Nedbank same as my salary so all my incomes paid to Nedbank. Hey listen this month I app**** for more homeloan purchases and guess what other banks approved the same or more less the same amounts and my own main-banked declined saying I rely on rental income. The property business is of course but to let investment so my customers are the tenants for the business nothing else. How on earth own bank that shared both my bank statements to all other banks abd they assessed and approved my new purchases but my own banked having multiple money in to them monthly declined even after an appeal still stands their decision declined only relying on rental income. What else does a property rental company rely on for income. Even that other bank that granted me loan April again has approved me now once again on 2nd homeloan in the business name.
Help me understand Sout Africa, surely they're tired of me having them as main-banked with personal and rental incomes so I should walk away and consider the banks that are interested in doing business with me. Furthermore these new purchases have rental projections added as future rentals which adds up more to the current income.
I'm lost and disappointed with the green bank that I loved so much today have dropped me down.
