HOME POLICY CHANGED WITHOUT MY CONSENT

Nedback insurance is useless.

My home insurance policy was changed without my consent!!! When you call the ***and speak to an agent, they all give you different stories. Nobody can provide details to why my policy was changed and who did it!!!!!! First agent tell me that HE will call me back in the next 2 hours with the outcome i waited 4 hours no call, then proceeded to CALL them back, spoke to agent number 2 ( lady) who advised she cannot access my profile as the manager is currently in my profile and investigating the matter still up until today nobody called me to explain why my policy was changed and who changed it. I than called back today and lost my COOL on agent number 3 who tried to spin the same soapy story that my policy was changed which made me give her a piece of my mind!!!!!!!!!

i provided them with the mail i got from them in April 2023 indicating my POLICY details. all i get from them sorry sir we will see what we can do

pathetic service from Nedbank insurance not sure why they have uneducated agents that sounds like a voice recording system and not wanted to help their customer. i won't recommend them to anybody service sucks
