Home Loans not answering my queries

I have had a query regarding my home loan account. I was told that I will receive an answer within 3 business days. This has not happened.

After contacting Nedbank several times I am continuously being told that the administration department is dealing with it. But I am not given any time-line as to when this is going to be resolved.

I have phoned complaints department to log a complaint regarding the client service and the continuous excuses. The service agent informed me that someone will call me back. This has not happened. They just simply wanted me to put the phone down.

This is very concerning as Nedbank Home Loans is not able to answer my questions and are just brushing me off.
