One thing for sure is that I am definitely transferring my home loan account to another bank, Nedbank is one of the most useless banks with such bad service, paid the arrears on my account after a 3 month arrangement yet they struggle to send a letter of good standing, yet found it easy to report me to the credit bureau quickly before the arrangement ended, they also lack empathy for clients, this arrangement was requested due to my wife going on unpaid maternity leave yet I still agreed to keep up with a portion of the payments, I have now settled the arrears but they refuse to send me this letter, to a paying customer, I will be moving my home loan soon they can bet on that.
