Home Loans Deparment

Nedbank Home Loan department is an embarrassment - I skipped a payment in December and made contact to advise my reasoning and that they need to deduct extra every month going forward. Surffice to say, this never took place and I took the initiative to them make the extra payments myself only to be receiving constant messages advising my account is in arrears - I went as far as requesting that the debit order be cancelled, by way of telephone and email and still they're sending me unnecessary messages. I know for a fact that for every message / telephone call made, commission is received. If I could change my bond to someone else, I would. Sad part is that I've been a customer of theirs for the past 20odd years and this is the first time I've received such bad service, after Covid, it seems the whole department went through some change in their brains coz clearly they can't think straight!!
