HOME LOANS CANCELLATION NOTICE ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING

My partner and I, put notice to cancel our bond as we were getting ready to sell our house last year April. Nedbank gave us a years cancellation. As the market has been slow we were unable to sell our house as quickly as we would have liked. We received an offer at the beginning of April 2017. When I contacted Nedbank to extend the cancellation because I knew that we would go over the years notice i was told that this is not possible. All i can do is phone is when the notice expires and put a new cancellation notice on the bond. When i phoned i was told that i notice has been placed but that i would have to pay 3 months interest (which equals about R24 000.00) if i cancel within 90 days. I explained that notice was placed and that we have a current offer on the table and that the house would probably be sold within the week. I told was pretty much told that thats tough and that the R 24 0000 would be taken off. I think that it is disgusting that Nedbank will take off R 24 000.00 when i had notice and they wont let me extend even though i had an offer on the table. Used to love Nedbank but wont be recommending Nedbank anymore. I have been a VERY loyal customer but will definately be looking to move my banks after i the service i have just received
