HOME LOANS @ #nedbank

I have had the most horrible service from this bank. Home loans is not helping at all except for making me hold for a transfer until i am tired of repeating the same story and hang up after the 7th operator. I was told my home loan facility is flexible and I could access my extra funds anytime from the app. It never happened, called home loan. They did that **** i explained in the beginning. The branch also calls and says they are unable to directly assist. Hello Peter I am asking for your assistance. This money was meant to go towards January's expenses. I am behind on my payments and #Nedbank must be so proud to be ruining my credit record. I was lured to them when they offered the lowest interest for a bond i app**** for so they said it depended on me switching my salary to them. I already regret leaving #FNB.
