Home loans a disappointment

<p>I have a homeloan for over 3 years. When trying to get a further loan to do renovations and consolidate some debt no assistance is given to us as the clients. When contacting another institution we receved help where the bank of our choice Nedbank refuses to help. I dont want to move but if this is the service we receive nedbank will lose a lot more clients. Just to think i wanted to move my whole banking profile over but am truely disappointed.</p>
