Home loans 1% cashback

Nedbank financed me for a home loan upon my application I was promised 1% cash back if I opened a savvy cheque account, and switch my salary to nedbank, I called nedbank to make a follow up on this and the consultants who helped said they know nothing of such offer and I should contact my bond originators, my case was referred to Vusi ever since I've been waiting feedback even now nothing is promising. The bond originators (home of my own) said they don't know what they should do from their side. I just think that nedbank should stop advertising using 1% cashback if they don't keep their part of the bargain
