Home loan title deed

I opened a home loan with nedbank which I settled in 2018..still today I'm struggling to get my title deed and they have been giving me the runaround every year. Loraine Moloyisane was assigned to my case but I dont receive any calls from her and I cant reach her when I call. They are very quick to open a home loan but useless in handling my title deed when the loan is settled.
