Home loan statements not returned after numerous requests

I have requested on more than one occasion that Nedbank email me my Home loan statement for the tax year ended 28 February 2025. I get no acknowledgement of this request. This is really bad service. An email request was sent on 30/5/2025 as well as earlier this year to ***. Home loan account number: 800******
