Home loan Specialist ignored my request for help

On the 4th June i contacted the home loans department with a query on my bond, i was put through 2 different people at first and then transferred to a home loans specialist Lesego for help, the line on there side was so bad, so the agent said he will call me back, till today no phone call back from them. this is such bad and pathetic services from them and i dont feel as clients we get our help we need but our money is good.
