Home Loan Repayments

I have a bond with Nedbank for 13 years now I have been paying for my bond, and I have never paid the exact amount on my bond I was always paying extra, and they told me that if I need the money I will have access to it.<br> <br> Last year in September I lost my job and I went to report that I will be not be able to make the monthly bond payment I would like to use the access money that they kept for me. They told me that I cannot have access to that money since I am under debt review, I went and told them that I am selling the house since I will not be able to pay while I am looking for a job, my house was put on sale and meanwhile without notifying me Nedbank put my house on auction.<br> <br> I am not happy about how they treat their customer.
