Home Loan Readvance Application Delayed While Receiving Unnecessary Sales Calls

I app**** for a home loan readvance for consolidation purposes on 15 October. Despite submitting all required documents multiple times, my application is still pending.

I have followed up repeatedly with both the consultant and their manager. Each time, I am asked for explanations or additional documents, but after providing them, communication goes quiet. I then have to follow up again, and the cycle continues without any clear feedback from the credit department.

What is frustrating is that, while my application remains unresolved, I continue to receive multiple calls offering credit card limit increases and personal loans. It feels contradictory that the bank is actively marketing new credit products while failing to provide timely responses on an existing application.
