Home Loan nightmare!

2 Years ago we requested an endor*****t on our home loan at the Gape Gate branch, 6 months later we discovered they lost the paperwork.
Feb 2015 we started the process again, it finally went through Jan 2016. Yes, that's correct - 1 YEAR later.
The registered amount in total is R792 000 with a monthly payment of R7491.28, which was deducted from my account this morning. The problem is that we only physically received around R550 000 (R360 000 + R192 000) from Nedbank, which should have an installment of R5459.62 - which I confirmed on more than 1 occasion with various employees what the debit order amount would be before it went off!. How do they justify making you pay for a R792 000 lending amount when you haven't received the money? To top if all off, I can't get my money back without tremendous effort since I need the co-owner of the bond's signature! To get my money back (BECAUSE OF THEIR INCOMPETENCE) I need to open a current account at Nedbank and get the co-owner's signature (he lives in Mosselbay).
I expect Nedbank to fix their mistake without ANY effort at my expense and refund my R2000. I've had my fair share of ultimately ********** experience with Nedbank.
