Home loan lack of response

This bank has stalled my application for home loan for 2 weeks now. The issue is that they want bank statements that I have sent to them twice now. I have even sent them recent stamped transactional history from FNB. I am getting sent from Pillar to post with no answer. All I need is approval or rejection of application , then I move on. Now my offer to purchase has expired but apparently some credit manager is the one stalling the process despite sending all needed documentation to my private banker.
