Home loan installments
Every 3 months they add R131 or 141 and I don't get an explanation. They just close my case with informing me. I tried to escalate it, I don't get a feedback or they just want to restructure my home loan contract. Right now the solution is to move. The interest is still the same, balance is less but still the installment goes up with no valid reasons.
