Home Loan horror

So, a couple of years ago I started receiving statements for a Nedbank home loan account of a couple residing in the Vaal somewhere. I queried the matter with Nedbank and they apologized and said that there was a mix up with the addresses and they will rectify.

Fast forward 3 - 4 years later when I am doing an enquiry with Experian and that account appears under my profile. I then called Nedbank for clarification and I was told that it was going to be rectified but to date nothing has happened. The home loan account appears under my profile, my ID number, name, address everything. This poses serious challenges as I am unable to make further applications for any loans. All I ask is the matter to be resolved and my name be cleared, please. This is my life, my profile
