Home loan hassles and no account visibility

We have recently taken out a second bonded property with Nedbank, and have 2 issues: 1. We had requested 3 weeks ago via our private banker for a review of our home loan on our 1st property, but are just not getting a response and secondly, we have to fill in 3rd party indemnity to have our 2nd bond added to our online banking profiles. Why? We are the bond holders and not 3rd parties. Why cant we see all our accounts in one go without the mounds of paperwork or going to a branch (which takes a lot of time!)
