Home loan given in personal names instead of company name

My wife and I put in an offer to purchase on a property that we want to buy in the name of our investment company. Yet Nedbank simply ignored this and provided a quote in our personal names. No reason was given to us for this move by Nedbank. We are happy to stand surety for the company, We are even prepared to put down a 30-45% deposit. So why can this deal not happen?
